I would like to thank both of you for giving such excellent customer service to your clientele! Over the years, you have “been there” for me more than once, and I am most appreciative. Not being able to hear well is a frightening condition, and every single time I have needed you, you have come through for me. My hearing aids are absolutely top drawer, thanks to your attention to detail, and I am also very grateful to you for finding a “spare” aid for me in case my aids have to go in for service. Though this hasn’t happened yet, I am confident you will take care of me if or when it happens.
