Jose Rodriguez, HIS
Hearing Instrument Specialist
I am both a Arizona & California state board licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist.
My journey in the hearing industry started several years ago with the Starkey Foundation traveling internationally as an Education & Training Liaison and Consultant for Third World countries namely in North, South and Latin America, Africa, Indonesia and India. Doing work on missions and helping to set up education and training protocols gave me a great experience in Starkey’s visionary work “So the World May Hear”. I was there for Starkey’s 63rd country, Bolivia and today Starkey is involved in 70 Third World countries. I had the privilege of being on the Guinness World Record team in October 2018 in India when we fit 4840 patients in a single day (8 hours) with the combined efforts of Starkey teams from Africa, Middle East, Indonesia, India and the USA.
Over the past several years, I have been integrally involved with several of our offices like Laguna Woods, CA, and here in Arizona our Goodyear, Surprise, Casa Grande and Sun Lakes offices. Living in the East Valley with my family, I am committed to a better quality of life. If COVID taught us anything, it was that relationships and communications are a critical part of our everyday lives. I am honored to be serving the Casa Grande community and raising the quality of lives thru better hearing.
Our philosophy is if you’re not comfortable with how your devices feel or comfortable with your hearing, we want a phone call.
I look forward to changing and saving hearing lives every day!
Casey Murphy, PSC
Patient Services Coordinator
Casey is originally from Beloit, WI where she is a 2000 graduate of Beloit Memorial High School. She also graduated during 2006 from Blackhawk Technical College in Janesville, WI with an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education.
Casey began working in the hearing industry during 2001 while working with children that experienced hearing impairments and then in 2008 with the geriatric population.
She moved to Mauston, WI and is a 2008 graduate from Western Wisconsin Technical College with a certificate as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
Casey decided to move to Coolidge, AZ in November of 2022 to embark on a new career and to escape the cold winters of Wisconsin. Casey began working with Starkey Technologies in January 2023.
Casey’s goal is to become a Hearing Instrument Specialist where she can better serve the population she works with and grow professionally.
What Casey loves most about saving hearing lives is her passion for helping people who are hearing impaired. When I can help a person feel better, physically and/or emotionally, by assisting in improving their ability to hear, I feel I have made a positive difference in their life and those they share their lives with.
Casey likes fishing, swimming, tubing, woodcarving and spending time with family and friends.
