Dear Dr. Shepel-
I want to thank you from the depths of my heart for all you have done for me and especially for the recent display of your kindness in getting my hearing aid repaired. You went above and beyond duty to get this done for me at a cost I could afford. It feels really good and it is a blessing to be able to hear good again.
Since the death of my wife and the caring of many bills I simply could not afford to get the new hearing help.
In all of this you have certainly shows yourself to be a find doctor and friend.
